Our customers say

Some customer comments...

Aberdeen City Council

"The launch of our staff magazine - citylife - was an important step for us as it was the first online communications channel for staff outside of our intranet.  TaylorFitch were fantastic to work with because of their previous experience working with local authorities and because they were able to turn things around so quickly.

"Our staff magazine has been up and running for over a year now and the ongoing support and help the company offers means that continues to be a great success, so much so that we are expanding the number of magazines we have to include more local ones for specific directorates."

Taylorfitch are a delight to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and they spend time making sure that you are completely happy. I find it really easy to put the e-magazine together and if I ever have a problem, I know that there is someone on the end of the phone who will be able to sort it out.

Humber NHS Foundation trust

We’ve just had our e-magazine upgraded and are getting very positive feedback. I recommend Taylorfitch wholeheartedly.

"We launched our first eNewsletter, Inlook, to our staff in September 2008, and we've had a great response, with lots of positive feedback from our staff. Inlook will make our job of getting key news and messages out to staff much easier.

South Oxfordshire logo

Our old newsletter was a very dry word document, without any pictures or interactivity, so the new eNewsletter has made a big impression. Our statistics tell us that everyone has opened the first issue, according to our first poll, 76% of our staff love the new eNewsletter, and we've received lots of positive comments.

"Taylorfitch's support in setting up our staff eNewsletter has also been first rate. They worked closely with us to get the design just right, and they have been quick to support us with any technical issues or questions we've had in the build up to our launch and afterwards. We are now looking forward to launching our first residents' eNewsletter soon."

"I would like to say a big thank you to you for your help, support and advice in setting the first e-communication from NHS Kidney Care live.

It has been a joy to work with you on making this exciting project become a reality. I am completely addicted to editing the site now and am delighted that this monthly activity will now be a pleasure rather than a chore."

"Jo and the team at Taylorfitch have been a pleasure to deal with from day one.

Worcestershire PCT logo

In just three weeks we went from a vague idea about a new staff e-magazine to the finished product and it couldn't have been easier. Team Talk now has a new lease of life and is fit for the 21st Century - and, judging by all the positive feedback, PCT staff love it. And best of all it's simple to put together every month, even for a technophobe like me!"

"The ezine produced by Taylorfitch has revolutionised communication with our members.

CIPR logoThe ezine offers a professional medium which allows us to consult and communicate regularly - literally at the touch of a button!

Taylorfitch provide an excellent service in guiding you through the launch of the ezine and ongoing support should you need it. However, I was told it was straight forward and it was!"

"We were very impressed with the product, service and value for money.

Hertfordshire County Council logoRight from the beginning Taylorfitch's approach was friendly and we were not pressured into committing to anything.  The product itself looks great and works well.  This was matched by their service, both during and after the project."

"Our internal newsletter to 2,200 staff has now gone electronic.  Not only does this save us design and print money but the templates are easy to use and the end result is eye-catching and very interactive.  Taylorfitch have been great to work with and have been happy to ensure that the end result more than meets the accepted accessiblity standards.  We can now produce an e-magazine every month instead of the quarterly printed one, making it more up to date and less to wade through.  It also encourages our staff to feel more at home with electronic communications."

"Jo was a pleasure to work with and her team translated our vision into a high-quality newsletter that is easy to use for both reader and editor.

 Worcestershire Partnership logo

Our partners have been unanimous in their praise and we feel confident that this product will improve our communications with a wide range of organisations."

"The team at Taylorfitch is a pleasure to work with.

Cambridgeshire County Council logoNothing is too much trouble for them and their attention to detail on my project has been exceptional. I have been delighted to receive such great service."

"Using the eMag format for our Local Area Agreement is the best way of communicating with our growing database of readers.  It's easily forwarded on and our initial 'mail shot' of 250 grew to a readership of 3,000 in days.  It's easy to use, send and update and quickly proved to be an efficient and modern way of communicating with very large numbers of people."

"Just to say thanks for all your help with our lovely new eMagazine.  We've had lots of positive feedback.  I can't wait to do the next issue!"

"I am very happy both with the quality of the e-magazine and the support I have received from the team at Taylorfitch.

London Borough of Camden logoThe back-end system is intuitive and simple to use, even for a non-technical person like me. I have had a lot of positive feedback from both staff and councillors saying that the publication looks very professional and is easy to navigate."

"Taylorfitch have successfully helped us to break into exciting new territory with the launch of our first electronic magazine. Aylesbury Vale District Council logo

"Setting up our e-magazine through Taylorfitch has been a brilliant experience.

Norfolk County Council logo They've made everything really easy and are always very helpful and quick to respond.  And we love the design of our magazine!"

"While we have always circulated our newsletter electronically, the design produced by Taylorfitch puts it into another league.  It is now a professional looking magazine which is easy to navigate, fully interactive and attractive to look at.  Working with the staff at Taylorfitch has been a pleasure.  The training session was informative and the hand-out excellent.  Even though the system is extremely easy to use, it is nice to know there are friendly people at the end of a 'phone if you need a bit of advice"

"The e-magazine is a quick and easy way for staff to access our publication online.  We loved the eye catching modern design developed by Taylorfitch."

"We are delighted with our online e-magazine.

Northamptonshire County Council logoIt looks professional and is easy to navigate. The back end system is very user friendly which enables us to publish new editions quickly." "The Northamptonshire Local Area Agreement involves a partnership of several different public sector organisations (local authorities, police, health, etc.) Since September, Re:LAA has been one of its key channels of communication and has been consistently well-used, acheiving around 3,000 hits in 2 consecutive months. The excellent training and subsequent customer service from Marlene and Jo at TaylorFitch has helped make publication each month relatively painless - and they never seem to mind when we ring to ask for help."

Bedforshire County Council logo"Taylorfitch are a pleasure to work with - their informal, flexible approach was a real help & they delivered an excellent product for us"

We had over 1700 hits on the eMagazine's front page last month.  Considering we only have 1600 staff, this is really good.
 Humber mental Health logo

Also. in our recent staff survey 67% said they get their information from the eMagazine, which is more than any other sources, including the website and intranet.

"Communicating with staff, in a way that is fun for them, is the key to keeping an organisation together.

Herts Partnership NHS Foundation Trust logo

Developing new ways of doing that is not easy. Working with the team at Taylorfitch has been a joy.  Nothing was too small for them to be concerned about or too big for them to tackle.  They really did listen to what we wanted and gave us some great ideas to work with.  The launch of our new e-magazine is a real milestone for us and cause for celebration"

English Partnerships logo"The e-magazine for Millennium Communities has been really simple to produce ourselves with a straightforward, easy to use format and  is a great tool to keep all our partners informed and involved in the programme."
